The Saturday afternoon hangout had Herbie on, and we did cover some different things. Below, you'll find the show notes for this show which can be found on our RSS feed for your convenience. This will be broadcast 24.
Hello everyone. Welcome to the Saturday Afternoon Hangout broadcast number 24. On this edition, Herbie does join me, and we cover a few items that he and I have found. I personally started with Thoughts on last night and the topic of grandpa Jared's Live Journal April 12, 2017 and some thoughts on that event. It was definitely an interesting conversation once Herbie came in, and he even mentioned wanting to ask me about something but forgot. It is OK. Next, in the tech department, there is a cause that was sent my way, and I think it should be looked at and you can decide. Facebook Refuses to Remove Images - Reports BBC to the Police Causes April 13, 2017 is where you need to go to check it out, and if you agree, then you can sign. It may be a thin line, and there may be nothing Facebook can do, but it is definitely worth a shot to see if they can. Slippery slope I am sure. Next, Has Apple Lost Its Innovation Mojo? NPR April 10, 2017 and I am not sure. I know they're doing more with the phone, but then again, who isn't doing more with phones? PC sales from what I read are dropping, but I'm not going to say whether it is because of the phones, tablets, or any other reason on this show. Interesting article just the same. The last thing on my list anyway, was Man arrested on suspicion of fraud after wellwishers donated thousands to GoFundMe page set up to help police dog retire with its handler The Sun U.K. April 7, 2017 and its nothing to laugh about. I thought it was personally a good idea, but something happened. The rest of these items are in no particular order, but that does complete the list of linked material. I also have some good music, and the program is 2 hours and 59 minutes. Hope you enjoy!
I hope you'll enjoy the show as much as we did and see you next week.
