I was made aware of an outage that effected the network as a whole. The only response I've gotten to date was in regards to the fact that they would pass the info to the upstream provider. What was curious was that I tried to call a phone number given to me by my provider and didn't get an answer, so am unclear if that was also effected. I'm not going to report every little detail, but I do want you to know that I was aware of the issue.
We were also down recently within the past several days for a short period, but couldn't put a finger on it, as I tried to call and after doing so, were back up within minutes.
We'll continue to monitor the situation and report back if anything worth reporting is needing to get shared.
